National Seafood Month Photo Challenge: FinFish Week Winners 2018

We just completed our fourth and final week of our #SeafoodMonthChallenge and were blown away by all of the amazing entries we received! This week’s winners will each receive a $500 gift card to Whole Foods Market, one of our fantastic retail partners! Some of our favorite entries are posted above. Read on to see our winners! 

Winner: Jessie Rattanni’s Arctic Char with Everything Bagel Seasoning

Congratulations to Jessie for being a finfish winner! She crusted the Arctic char with Everything Bagel Seasoning and accompanied it with fingerling potatoes, baby carrots, lemon crème fraiche and earl gray reduction. Farmed arctic char is a green Best Choice. 

Winner: Linda Kam’s Brunch Snapper

Linda Kam’s winning Brunch Snapper includes Hollandaise sauce, sweet potato home fries with a sunny side quail egg and smoked sausage. She used “Good Alternative” snapper from the U.S. Western Central Atlantic.

We’d also like to give an Honorable Mention to Bethany Rhoads!

Bethany is a volunteer at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, so she is not eligible to be a winner during our National Seafood Month Photo Challenge. Despite not being allowed to win, she has been extremely supportive of our photo challenge and has been participating with multiple dishes every single week!
